Jamel Smith, from Alabama, is a talented songwriter, producer, and music executive that has a strong musical family background which includes his father L. Spenser Smith and his uncle John Jackson who has worked with many top charting artist. Jamel himself has written and produced for many artist himself which includes his father and Stellar nominated artist L. Spenser Smith, Grammy nominated artists Brian Courtney Wilson and DIXSON, and more!
With a degree from Morehouse College and NYU's Steinhardt Music Business School, Jamel possesses a diverse musical skill set that ensures his lasting impact in the music industry for years to come.
“Make sure the work is excellent. Make sure that you are approachable, your visible because people work with people they see and but also who they like. Make sure you invest in both simultaneously. I would also say especially as a black person know who you are...have a strong sense of self and your roots.”

Laura Dia, born in Bristol, London, is a an R&B soul singer, songwriter, and producer with Nigerian heritage, she has been immersed in music since the age of 4, attending choir practice with her mother. She is proficient in various instruments, particularly the piano. Her music has smooth melodies and a strong emotional connection that can resonate with the audience. With ambitions for an international tour, I believe she has a bright future and can achieve it if she remains focused on her mission.

Laura Dia has just released her latest single, "Like I Do," in which she explores themes of love, relationships, and self-discovery.
