Los Angeles, CA: The CW’s “All American” star and R&B and hip-hop artist Dexter Kelly delivers his newest single “Quit Playing Games” from his newly released two-song EP of the same name.
Dexter first teased the new releases via his Instagram.
"Quit Playing Games" showcases the rising artist’s range and versatility, teasing a little taste of what to expect from his future projects.
"My new EP, 'Quit Playing Games,' is the story of someone who knows their worth and refuses to be toyed with. It's about standing firm in who you are and not letting others undervalue you. This song is a declaration of confidence and self-respect intertwined with personal relations. Writing it was my way of reminding myself that I deserve better. Yes, I might be intense at times, but the love I offer is rare and not something to be taken lightly," expresses Dexter.
This new track marks the beginning of the end-of-the-year project series showcasing his unique blend of vocals, feature collaborations, and much more to come!

Earlier this summer, The 25-year old shared her thoughts in an interview on her approach to music and the true meaning of success. Shedding light on her state of mind during the creation of her forthcoming album.
“Gotti told me don’t get comfortable. Keep your foot on the gas. The moment you let up, everything will just go downhill… it’s about consistency and who can have longevity. That’s success.”
The debut follows her prior mixtapes “Most Likely Up Next” in 2019 and 2022’s “P Status” and “Anyways, Life’s Great.” The latter project included breakout hits “Blessed,” “Tomorrow 2 featuring her cousin Cardi B,” and the previously mentioned “F.N.F.”
The CMG princess will be looking to add more trophies to her resume this year as she is currently up for seven BET Hip Hop awards. Glo is nominated in the categories of: Hip-Hop Artist of The Year, Song of The Year, Hip-Hop Album of The Year, Best Collaboration, Best Live Performer, Hustler of The Year, and Impact Track.
